THERE IS NO ONE HERE

No, not a single person.

This is a very quiet place. Nothing ever happened.

The only noise here is the chattering of the ego; other than that there is no one here. The ego is not an entity, it is just an illusion, on investigation it vanishes like darkness before light.

Consciousness trapped in a body, appears to exist as a person with an agenda. It moves and behaves as if it is somebody with power and knowledge. But it is not. The body that functions as a machine of flesh and blood, is mere matter. The mind that seems to direct it is driven by natural forces. Its moods and modes are spontaneously functioning in nature.

There is just existence here.

The diverse forms are interpreted by the ego to be separate beings subject to cause and effect and the cycle of reincarnation. Such reasoning and mindset are the very foundation of this world. It has nothing to do with Reality.

Over 7.5 billion egos constitute this world and these contracted forms appear to operate this great chaos. This is only an appearance.

In this dreamlike world the egos roam about subject to life, death and destiny.

So what really and truly is here? What is all this??

All that one believes and sees are just projections of the mind and not reality. It is mere imagination that appears. Reality does not appear. When all belief, all conditioning, all imagination and all concepts are abandoned, Reality shines forth. All doing, striving and struggling lead to failure until it is realized that there is no entity inside this body. The ego rules, sets spiritual goals and pastimes. An illusory entity cannot realize itself!

There is no one here except the One Self.
