I am Atma or Soul

Atma is part of Param-atma that is God or Supreme Soul. Atma never dies.

It has no name or age.

My body is a temporary vehicle.

For my atma to use I am not the body. One day my body will die.

My atma is sent here for a short time to realize God through Sewa

(selfless service) and Simran (meditation). When the True Guru blesses me,

my Jot or Light merges with God. The nature of atma is Joy

God is always with me.
