The Doer

All my thoughts are touched by You. Everything I do and say involves You. All my plans revolve around You. But this is not my doing for I have no control over my thoughts. This is really all Your doing for You possess me. You inhabit my mind and body. It is as if I am driven by You. I say and do things spontaneously and then forget what I said or did. When I sing I feel that I am not even present and that everything is happening by itself. Therefore I have stopped judging myself for my actions and my life is not my own. Similarly, I feel that everybody else is an extension of You, driven and controlled by Your Invisible Hand. The entire Universe is Your sole contraption. This makes it hard to praise or lay blame on others or myself. People cannot help being the way they are for You are the One behind their mask. Of course You have thrown in so many discrepancies and doubts to totally confuse the issue. Such is Your wonderful drama! O Writer, director and actor of this mysterious script, I am but a mere instrument of Your creation. The role assigned to me is really being played by You!
