Life gives directions at every point

At childhood it pointed to youth. As a youth there was the direction towards growing to adulthood. Things remained at adulthood for a good many years.

Now at sixty five, life is pointing again at something.

That something seems to be the exit. With failing sight and weakening back, the two things that hold form and function together are threatened. When life drops clear pointers, to get the message is only basic common sense. All resistance and sorrow is pure ignorance.

It was both natural and spontaneous to adjust from childhood to adolescence to adulthood. It must be just as natural to shift gears and transition to the next phase where discomfort, pain and death are clearly inevitable.

It is only the mind as ego that places stumbling blocks. Seeing them clearly as fears and misconceptions the exit phase appears as natural as the earlier growth phases. What grows must one day make the u-turn in order to return to the elements. The only thing that disappears is matter and nothing else.

It is all a mind game. Nothing really changes in the span of sixty five years. It was only Consciousness that has taken this journey as limited form and is now home bound back to its eternal and unlimited form.
